Most of our winter activities (after Christmas) involve staying inside and dreaming of better days. I'm pretty much cleaning out my camera in this post so there will be a bit of randomness as far as content goes.

| Aubrey at the Utah Museum of Natural History |
| Aubrey and Dave had a little daddy-daughter date at the Utah Museum of Natural History in January. Aubrey is really into dinosaurs and knows quite a few of the species (thanks to Dinosaur Train). |
 |
| Aubrey with some kind of hadrosaur |
 |
| Patrick with one of his favorite toys--the base of the blender |
 |
| Patrick in stylish Valentine's Day goggles |
 |
| Aubrey was also in on the fashion trend |
Patrick loves to turn his xylophone over and play the "guiro" on the other side. It makes a fair amount of noise and is therefore wonderful. And yes, that is a pink tutu over his pants.
Dave was sick and miserable for a day and his Patrick buddy made sure he wasn't lonely.
We took Aubrey to Mars today for some early birthday fun. She loved playing astronaut. (She routinely announces that when she grows up she's going to be an astronaut, teacher, doctor, and mom.) Sounds good to me.
We also went to the moon. Ok, it was Clark Planetarium. It was free and there was enough excitement to almost fill an entire hour.

Aubrey's hair is so silky smooth. I know curls are supposed to be cute, but mine are so messy-looking and I don't like messy. I long for smooth and silky sometimes.
Love the randomness in this post, so fun!
